Gordon Williams

(Chair)

Gordon is a Partner and Head of the Litigation Department at Lee & Thompson Solicitors, which is one of the leading specialist media and entertainment firms in the UK. He regularly handles high profile cases in the music, film and television industries and, represents the celebrities, other individuals and companies that work within them. He has a keen interest in broadening access to those industries, with specific reference to young people.

Simon Fulford

(Director)

Simon is a charity professional, artist and educator whose work is rooted in the belief that the arts have the ability to empower under-served communities in vital ways. From 1992-2004 he lived in New York City where he co-founded and directed Art Start, a grass-roots arts-education organization serving socially-excluded youth. Art Start received a 1997 President's Service Award and 2001 & 2002 National Endowment for the Arts/Presidents Committee on the Arts & Humanities Certificates of Excellence. As a photographer he has collaborated with numerous disabled organizations to help educate their general communities whilst transforming the way that the media depicts disabled people. His work has been exhibited internationally. Simon returned to England in December 2004 and spent 8 months project managing the development of the National Disability Arts Collection and Archive. He is currently Acting Regional Director - External and Head of Commercial South East for The Prince's Trust.

Geraint Howells

(Treasurer)

Geraint is a Partner and Head of the Entertainment Division of Willott Kingston Smith, the West End office of Top 20 accountants Kingston Smith. He represents a number of labels, artists and trade bodies, advising on accounting and taxation issues, as well as commercial matters including raising capital. Geraint is also a Princes Trust mentor, advising individuals starting new businesses in the entertainment industry.

Charlotte Ray

(Director)

Charlotte is Events Director at Spitalfields Festival, which promotes concerts, education events and guided walks in two Festivals each year in Spitalfields, East London. There is also a thriving Education & Community Programme working with schools and community groups throughout Tower Hamlets. Alongside artistic and event management, she works on fundraising and promotion for the Festival. Previously, Charlotte was Label Manager for an independent classical record label. She lives in Forest Hill and sings with Lewisham Choral Society.
